This hike trail is considered intermediate. (Level 2)
This trail does involve climbing stairs and rocks that might be considered steep. If you have trouble with stairs, then you may find it difficult.
Please dress appropriately according to the weather (warm workout clothes, fall jacket, fleece sweater, warm socks etc.) We recommend shoes with good grip (sneakers /hiking boots).
Trekking post is recommended (but not required) for support, especially if the ground is muddy. The total distance for this walk is 6 - 7 km. (2 km from P7 to King Mountain, 2 km at King Mountain loop, and 2 km back). Bring water and light healthy snacks
