Training for Teams and Facilitators: Tailored training programs are developed to align with your organizational context and goals. Choose between online or in-person sessions based on public health guidelines. Training options range from 90-minute workshops to multi-day courses.
Equity and Inclusion Lens Training: Create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Learn to identify and address inequalities using an equity and inclusion lens. Explore challenges faced by individuals at the intersections of multiple oppressions. Our training utilizes a structural power analysis to plan for transformative action. Customization is available for specific contexts, such as community health or municipal government.
Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Training: Disrupt racism and oppression in interpersonal relationships and systems. Workshops cover a spectrum of topics, from basic introductions to advanced training, including bias awareness, intersectionality, discrimination, levels of racism, everyday microaggressions, colorism, and its roots in colonization, as well as allyship.
Inclusive Facilitation Training: Designed for facilitators outside the BOC (Beyond Our Community) who seek to deepen their understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion. Learn to prepare welcoming workshops, ensure all voices are heard, practice inclusive facilitation, and adapt participatory approaches to online learning environments.
