About this event

This four-week infant massage class offers a special opportunity to connect with your baby while learning gentle, nurturing touch. Each week, the instructor will guide you through a massage routine, building on the strokes from the previous session. In addition to hands-on techniques, we will focus on parental mental wellness and navigating the challenges of parenting an infant.

🗓 Dates: March 5, 12, 19, 26, 2025

⏰ Time: Wednesday mornings, 9:45 - 11:15 AM

👶 For parents with infants aged 3 to 9 months

🍎 Light snacks and beverages provided

💰 Cost: $20 for the series

👥 Class size: Maximum 8 participants; if there is enough interest, a second class will be opened.
