This High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a workout that involves short, intense bursts of effort followed by periods of recovery. The idea is that you go as hard as you possibly can for a short time, rest and then do it again. A fun way to move your body with other members of the BOC family!
Level: Intermediate to advanced (some modifications available)
Duration: 40-45 mins
Gear: Please bring a yoga mat and tons of water to stay hydrated! Dumbbells will be required for this cardio weight training session - light to medium weights are suggested (5 to 12.5 lbs). Feel free to bring two sets of different weights.
