Let’s Move: LIT HIIT

BOC Family, are you ready for a challenge? Join us Saturday, July 16 at 8:30am as Nadia MacKenzie, certified Les Mills BodyPump Instructor, leads us through LIT HIIT 🔥.

This High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a workout that involves short, intense bursts of effort followed by periods of recovery. The idea is that you go as hard as you possibly can for a short time, rest and then do it again. A fun way to move your body with other members of the BOC family!

Level: Intermediate to advanced (some modifications available)

Duration: 40-45 mins
